Best Buy Black Friday 2009

Best Buy’s ad has leaked, and it is chock-full of goodness, in our humble opinion. If you are a gamer, you’ll definitely want to take a look at some of the deals they’ve got on a bunch of titles, as well as console bundles. HDTVs are also drastically reduced in price, and they’ve even got a player for $99. Good times all around.

Office Depot Black Friday ad

Alright, we are scrounging together all of the ads and deals that we can find, and bringing them to you one-by-one in order to help you make your shopping decisions, and we are starting with Office Depot, which actually has a few surprising items that are fairly attractive, if you ask us. Go ahead and check out the list after the break. Also check out our posts, for items you can buy from the warmth of your chair, as opposed to lining up outside in the cold. Hey, to each their own.

HP DreamScreen

Ever since the DreamScreen arrived on the scene, generic digital photo frames have seemed so passe. I mean, the DreamScreen is a digital photo frame on crack, essentially. It’s available in 10- and 13-inch sizes, and aside from simply displaying your digital photos, it can stream Pandora (or up to 10,000 Internet radio stations,) set alarms, display your calendar, show you a five-day weather forecast, and even give you a look at your Facebook account so you can see what’s up with your peeps. Plus, it incorporates touch into the bezel, and we like touch.

The HP DreamScreen typicalls sells for $250, but Amazon currently has it for $205, a full 18% off.

is looking to market to the and crowd with their new ZonePlayer S5 wireless music system. If you’re familiar with Sonos, you know that the price of entry has always been a bit high historically. The ZonePlayer S5 brings that price down to about $400. You plug it in to a router, and you are good to go with the ability to play your entire music library, as well as music from services like Rhapsody, Napster, Last.fm, and others, by using your iPhone as the remote control.

The price rises if you don’t have an Ethernet port handy for the S5, as you would then also need to buy a ZoneBridge, which allows you to connect the ZonePlayer S5 (as well as any other ZonePlayers you have) to your network wirelessly. We definitely think this is a positive step in the right direction for Sonos. By adding an all-on-one ZonePlayer/speaker to their line-up at this much lower price point, they’ve made it enticing to check them out to see what all the fuss is about. We’d pick up a ZonePlayer S5 over a Bose Sounddock any day of the week.

Wireless Power from Sony‘s working on a wireless method of transferring power that we have to see to believe.  After all, we’ve seen wireless connectivity for DVD and players, but a wireless power cable?

Sony’s Wireless Power Transfer can broadcast power at 60 watts of electrical energy to a device that is up to 20-inches away. There’s an official press release that tells all about it. We’d like to think that we’re looking at the future of TV right here.

TEW-648B

We always get suspicious when we see the word’s “world’s smallest.”  In today’s technological world, that claim doesn’t typically last too long.

It is TRENDnet who is making this claim on their “world’s smallest” Wireless N USB adapter, the TEW-648UB.  It features Wi-Fi Multimedia (WMM) QoS so that your video, audio, and gaming activity gets prioritized, one-touch WPS technology, and will retail for a price of $24.99. Not bad.

Microsoft's Bluetooth Keyboard

Clearly, revealing the Courier tablet prototype was not enough for , as they have topped themselves once again.  This time, the company produced their skinniest keyboard to date, and this Bluetooth Mobile Keyboard 6000 is totally wireless.

There is no dongle included, so make sure your computer has Bluetooth built-in before making the purchase. The keyboard is powered by 3 AAA batteries, while the numeric keypad takes just one AAA. Both will be available in October, $90 for the combo, and $45 for just the number pad, if that’s all you want.
