The only person who can clearly remember what it was like to be 15, is someone who’s only 19.

In “Fifteen,” the fourth song from ‘s album Fearless, the country star sings about her friend Abigail (who appears in this video) and a painful breakup she experienced a few years ago.

“‘Cause when you’re fifteen and somebody tells you they love you/ You’re gonna believe them/ When you’re fifteen and your first kiss/ Makes your head spin ‘round/ But in your life you’ll do things greater than/ Dating the boy on the football team/ But I didn’t know it at fifteen.”

Honey—just wait until you’re eighteen and a Jonas Brother dumps you for Camilla Belle. Fifteen will seem like nothing.

N.E.R.D.

The men of N.E.R.D. have entered a new dimension with help from a new female singer.

The hip-hop stars are thrilled with the way latest line-up addition Rhea has altered their music with her vocals and think it has taken their music to another level.

“Musically, we’re just somewhere else with her. The music is now very three-dimensional. It’s something you have to hear. But you’ll see. We’re definitely somewhere else. I want to leave that impact moment for when you purchase your download and you purchase your CD. The music is very three-dimensional. We’re just really excited. We feel like N.E.R.D. has always been the punks of hip-hop and the outcasts of alternative music — just a little different. But this time, we’re taking no prisoners,” band member said.

Kylie Minogue is about to become a Las Vegas showgirl.

The “Wow” singer - who has spent years trying to crack the US - has been offered a residency in the city after impressing American fans with her recent tour.

“The response from her shows in America have been phenomenal. They love her out there. She was nervous about going over for the first time, but it has gone better than she expected,” Kylie’s sister Dannii revealed to Britain’s Daily Mirror. “She has now been asked to take the show back to Vegas and extend it as a residency over there. I’m so proud of her.”

Las Vegas promoters were mesmerized by her glamorous show and are convinced she can draw in the crowds night after night.

Dannii says Kylie is thrilled by the offer and she will be supported by her family on her opening night. “Kylie called to tell me how well everything has been going and about the Vegas offer. I was joking with her that is finally where she belongs!” she said. “Kylie’s show is perfect for Vegas, it’s so theatrical. She has loved performing out there.”

Shakira She Wolf

Although her hips don’t lie, admits she hasn’t always been in as good shape as she is now.

“As a teenager I was plump but my appearance wasn’t so important at that time. I focused much more on my music and song writing,” she revealed. “I know that image in this profession is a matter of opinion. I think the external appearance in show business is important and over the years I’ve discovered my assets. Honestly, I’ve never seen myself as a goddess or sex symbol.”

Adele

is worried her new album could be a failure. The “Hometown Glory” singer is working on her second LP, but is torn between her musical progression and pleasing her established fanbase.

“I’m a bit scared. Obviously there are new avenues that I want to go down with the sound and I don’t want to leave behind the fans who might not like the new sound I am going for, so I’m a bit wary of that,” she told BANG Showbiz at the BMI London Awards (Broadcast Music Incorporated). “I’m writing it slowly but surely. I have a producer but I don’t want anyone to know who it is until the record is done, in case it flops.”

Adele picked up a Pop Award for single “Chasing Pavements” at the ceremony - held at the Dorchester Hotel by the performing rights organization, which collects license fees for artists for use of their songs on TV radio and film. Pop Awards are given to tracks by European songwriters which have gained the most plays on US radio.
