Jack WhiteJack White has hinted he is finishing his next solo album.

The former White Stripes frontman teased fans during an online chat at the weekend on the website message board for his label, Third Man Records: "I'm producing two albums this month, and finishing them... One of them is mine."

It is believed he is referring to a solo album, which would follow-up his 2012 release Blunderbuss, which featured tracks including "Love Interruption," "Sixteen Saltines" and "Trash Tongue Talker."

In an interview with Rolling Stone magazine last year, the 38-year-old musician mentioned that he had between 20 and 25 songs already written: "It's definitely not one sound. It's definitely several. Like you heard in Blunderbuss, there's many different styles there. I don't pick my style and then write a song. I just write whatever comes out of me, and whatever style it is is what it is, and it becomes something later."

RihannaRihanna is back in the studio working on her eighth album.

The "We Found Love" star is reportedly planning a duet with Katy Perry and has been working with producer DJ Mustard on her next, as-yet-untitled, record. "I'm finally going in [the studio] with Rihanna. I'm just doing what I think she would like, and if she don't like it we'll just figure out something else in the studio, and I'll just keep making beats 'till she figure it out. But she's gonna get one," he said.

DJ Mustard, real name Dijon McFarlane, has previously worked with the likes of Young Jeezy, B.O.B, Meek Mill and Bow Wow and has hinted at a more urban sound for Rihanna's next album.

In November last year, it was announced that the producer had signed with the singer's label, Jay Z's Roc Nation.

Hilary DuffHilary Duff is not going to make a "provocative" return to music.

The former child star has taken a break for almost four years, but isn't planning a raunchy comeback like Miley Cyrus made in 2013, because it doesn't fit with her personality.

"The music has changed a lot since I was last recording. There are a lot of artists out there being really provocative, wearing certain clothes and performing in certain ways, but right now that's just not me. I've always tried to stay true to who I am and present that to the public because I think when you're not authentic, people can smell it on you. Besides, if everyone's doing the same thing then even being provocative isn't really provocative."

"Dignity" singer Hilary, 26, is glad she took a step away from the limelight to recharge and lead a normal life which has seen her marry her husband, former ice hockey player Mike Comrie in 2010 and have her first son, Luca, who is now 21 months old.

Lady Gaga and R. Kelly

Lady Gaga claims she's been "betrayed" by those closest to her.

The "Applause" hitmaker has hit out at "mismanagement" which left her without enough time to shoot a video for 'Do What U Want', her collaboration with R. Kelly from her latest album ARTPOP, and went on to suggest she was being overworked to make more money for other people.

Spice GirlsThe Spice Girls have been offered $41 million for a Las Vegas reunion but only if Victoria Beckham is part of the show.

The iconic pop group would love to reform to celebrate their 20th anniversary this year, with several major venues keen to host the comeback. "A Spice Girls reunion in Vegas could easily generation $100 million worth of PR in a few weeks and earn the group $41 million in the process. There's huge interest from various major casinos and hotels so it's just a case of whether the girls can persuade Victoria to change her mind on the project," a source said.

The fashion designer - nicknamed Posh Spice during her time in the "Wannabe" group - is said to have given her former band mates permission to reform as a four piece, but the deal is only for a full reunion. "Posh is more than happy for the four girls to do it without her but the problem is the offer is only on the table for all five of them," the source added.

BeyonceBeyonce feels a "responsibility" to her fans and their children.

The singer claimed her recent self-titled album has given her the opportunity to be herself after spending 15 years focusing on how she appeared to her younger fans.

Speaking in a new YouTube video called "Honesty," she said, "Now I'm in my 30s, and those children that grew up listening to me have grown up, and I always felt like it was my responsibility to be aware of kids and their parents and all these generations. And I felt like, in a sense, I could not express everything. I've done so many things in my life, in my career, that I feel like at this point I've earned the right to be me and to express any and every side of myself."

The SmithsThe Smiths' former drummer Mike Joyce insists he will never read Morrissey's autobiography.

The 50-year-old musician was with the band until they split in 1987 and later sued Morrissey and Johnny Marr over unpaid royalties, which is discussed in the book. Speaking to the new issue of Q magazine, Mike said, "I've not read the book, and I never will. I've got a pretty good idea of what's in there. I don't want to go down that route of putting out a statement saying that this or that is wrong."

However, he added that he would still be keen to take part in a Smiths reunion, saying, "Of course, we'd all do it we were asked. We were one of the greatest bands ever. As a performer, there was nobody better than Morrissey. But a reunion is never going to happen."

In November last year Johnny Marr was joined onstage by his former bandmate Andy Rourke in New York. The bass player accompanied him on two Smiths songs, "How Soon Is Now?" and "Please, Please, Please, Let Me Get What I Want," during Johnny's sold out headline show at Webster Hall in Manhattan.

Rick Ross and Redfoo of LMFAO

Rick Ross is suing LMFAO over some of their "Party Rock Anthem" lyrics.

The 37-year-old rapper has filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against the electropop duo after claiming the pair's use of phrase "everyday I'm shuffling" in the 2010 chart-topper is too similar to the phrase "everyday I'm hustlin,'" which was on his 2006 hit "Hustlin." He alleges LMFAO's lyric is an "obvious attempt to capitalize on the fame and success of 'Hustlin'" and is "performed in a manner to sound like" Ross' own.

Leona LewisLeona Lewis wants her own residency in Las Vegas.

The "One More Sleep" singer aims to follow in the footsteps of pop star Britney Spears, who started her two year stint at Planet Hollywood last month.

"You get paid so much money to just go and do your show every single night. It would be amazing! I would love that. I want to go and see Britney. I am wondering how great that will be, though, as she is only performing two nights per month which I don't really understand. Two shows a month? Probably $10million per show!? I'm sure it will be incredible but I am intrigued to see how that would work."

After the success of her Christmas With Love album, the 28-year-old star is taking inspiration from Motown for her next record and says she no longer cares what people think about her or her success: "I couldn't give two craps what people think. I know what I do comes from the heart, so whatever other people say is irrelevant. People are always going to have an opinion of you. I just concentrate on the love I get from the fans."
