If you think you hit the wrong place, no worries. I just updated the theme of the site to better fit in with the Mind Camp logo. Oh, and also because I didn’t think anyone would miss the periwinkle hyperlinks. I mean, I was correct in that assumption, right?

Well, that didn’t take too long at all. About two weeks after tickets went on sale for the second Seattle Mind Camp, all 200 tickets sold out. We want to thank the attendees for getting the ball rolling towards a successful event. The attendee list is impressive, and I personally look forward to meeting (or, in some cases, reconnecting) with everyone.
For those wanted to get in, leave a comment on this post. If anyone cancels, we will use the comments here as our waiting list.
We want to give a shout-out to O’Reilly for showing their support of Seattle Mind Camp 2.0 by sponsoring the event.
O’Reilly Media spreads the knowledge of innovators through its books, online services, magazine, and conferences. Since 1978, O’Reilly has been a chronicler and catalyst of leading-edge development, homing in on the technology trends that really matter and spurring their adoption by amplifying “faint signals” from the alpha geeks who are creating the future. An active participant in the technology community, the company has a long history of advocacy, meme-making, and evangelism.
And you thought a FooCamp-Mind Camp connection would be a conflict of interest…
Another way to connect: the Seattle Mind Camp OPML file
Posted by Stuart Maxwell Categories: Upcoming,
You know, I love the OPML, especially for uploading my favorite bloggers into sites like Newsvine. It’s no muss, no fuss… very handy. But sometimes I’m just too lazy to bother with all that typing, cutting, and pasting. Fortunately for me, Alex Barnett has once again done the heavy lifting for me and assembled a Seattle Mind Camp OPML file, available here: http://www.extremepodcasting.com/opml/seattlemindcamp_opml.xml.
If you’re not on the outline yet, and you’d like to be, just leave a comment here and Alex will hook you up.
